Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. Eng. Mariano ASSANAMI Sabino Lopes, Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Social Affair and Minister for Rural Development and Community Housing of Timor-Leste, on the margins of the 34th ASCC Council Meetingin Selangor, Malaysia. The Meeting discussed key ASCC updates and developments, as well as the progress of Timor-Leste’s accession to the ASCC legal instruments to support its full Membership in ASEAN.
