Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, this afternoon met with H.E. Patrick Hemmer, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to ASEAN, on the sidelines of the 13th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Disaster Management (AMMDM) and the 14th Meeting of the Conference of Parties (COP) to the ASEAN Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER), in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
They exchanged views on strengthening ASEAN–Luxembourg cooperation in disaster management, including potential support for the implementation of the AADMER Work Programme 2026–2030.
