Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn led the ASEAN Secretariat delegation to attend the 26th ASEAN Plus Three Foreign (APT) Summit today in Jakarta. The APT countries reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthen and deepen the APT process.
