SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting today at the ASEAN Secretariat. Chaired by Minister for Foreign Affairs of Indonesia Retno Marsudi, the meeting discussed the progress in ASEAN Community-building and issues of common concern.
