Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the 22nd AEM-MOFCOM Consultation on 21 August in Semarang, Indonesia. The meeting encouraged officials to intensify negotiations to finalise the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) Upgrade Negotiations.
