Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the 12th AEM-Russia Consultation in Semarang, Indonesia today. The meeting welcomed the progress of the implementation of the ASEAN-Russia Trade and Investment Work Programme in 2022-2023.
