Phnom Penh, 28 April 2018: Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Delegate Attached to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, gave a press briefing on the key outcomes of Samdech Techo PM’s official visit to the Republic of Singapore on 27-28 April 2018, to participate in the 32nd ASEAN Summit. The visit of Samdech Techo PM to Singapore this time clearly illustrated Cambodia’s high commitments, as an active member of ASEAN, to regularly participate in this important regional meeting.
