Phnom Penh, 16 June 2018: Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, Minister Delegate Attached to Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister​ of the Kingdom of Cambodia, gave a press briefing on the important outcomes of Samdech Techo PM’s official visit to Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, on 14-16 June 2018, that includes participation in the Ayeyawady- Chao Phraya- Mekong Economic Strategy (ACMECS) CEO Forum, the 8th ACMECS Summit and the 9th Cambodia-Laos-Myanmar-Viet Nam (CLMV) Summit, as well as bilateral meetings with H.E. General Prayut Chan-o-cha, Thai Prime Minister, as well as H.E. Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, former Thai Prime Minister. The visit of Samdech Techo PM to Bangkok this time has undeniably emphasized Cambodia’s commitment to the regional meetings and has contributed to the promotion of traditional friendship and cooperation within the ACMECS and CLMV frameworks in ensuring peace, stability, sustainable development and to improve the lives and welfare of our people in the region.
