Phnom Penh, on 24/03/16: Dr. Kao Kim Hourn gave a press briefing on the outcomes of the visit of Samdech Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, to Hainan, China, on 22-24 March 2016, where Samdech Techo Prime Minister attended the 1st Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Leaders’ Meeting, had bilateral meeting with Chinese Premier Le Keqiang and bilateral meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, and participated in the opening session of the Boao Forum of Asia.
