Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with H.E. Ke Jixin, Vice Minister of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, on the sidelines of his participation in the Inauguration Ceremony of the ASEAN-China Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation Centre, in Beijing, China.
Both sides discussed and exchanged views on the digital cooperation between ASEAN and China. Dr. Kao highlighted the importance of ASEAN- China digital cooperation, which is essential to help support ASEAN and China’s digital transformation, and to further intensify the fundamental for trade and investment between ASEAN and China.
