Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, met with the Minister of National Defense of China, H.E Admiral Dong Jun, on the margins of the 18th ADMM and 11th ADMM-Plus in Vientiane, Lao PDR, on 20 November 2024. Dr. Kao applauded China for their commitment to advancing defence cooperation with ASEAN, including through the ADMM-Plus and under the ASEAN Outlook on the Indo-Pacific framework.
