Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today held a bilateral meeting with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of Lao PDR and the Chair of the ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM) and ADMM-Plus, H.E. General Chansamone Chanyalath, on the margins of the 18th ADMM and 11th ADMM-Plus in Vientiane, Lao PDR. Dr. Kao congratulated Lao PDR for their successful chairmanship, which charted the future direction of the defence sector.
