SecGen Dr. Kao Kim Hourn met Minister for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Elina Valtonen yesterday. They reaffirmed their commitment to further reinforce the partnership between ASEAN and Finland both bilaterally and through the framework of the ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership.
