SecGen Dr Kim Kao Hourn attended the 24th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting with Foreign Ministers of ASEAN & EU. He briefed Ministers on ASEAN-EU Dialogue Relations & underlined ASEC’s readiness to facilitate the Plan of Action to Implement ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership 2023-2027.
