SecGen Dr Kao Kim Hourn called on the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel, yesterday. They underscored the need to elevate ASEAN-Luxembourg relations through areas of mutual interest in trade, investment and people-to-people exchanges.
