Yesterday, SecGen Dr. Kao Kim Hourn met Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cyprus Dr. Constantinos Kombos. They expressed the need to strengthen ASEAN-Cyprus relations through cooperation in areas of mutual interest, bilaterally & through ASEAN-EU Strategic Partnership framework.
