SecGen Dr Kao Kim Hourn had a bilateral meeting with European Commissioner for Climate Action, Wopke Hoekstra, at the 3rd EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum & 24th ASEAN-EU Ministerial Meeting in Brussels. They discussed possible collaboration in tackling climate change issues.
