SecGen Dr. Kao Kim Hourn met Special Envoy of the ASEAN Chair on Myanmar Alounkeo Kittikhoun at the sidelines of the ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Retreat. He reiterated ASEC’s support to Lao PDR to effectively implement the 5-Point Consensus agreed by ASEAN Leaders in April 2021.
