Today, SecGen Dr Kao Kim Hourn hosted a farewell lunch for Deputy SecGen Michael Tene and Deputy SecGen Tran Duc Binh, who will officially complete their tenures on 14 February 2024. Dr Kao thanked the outgoing DSGs for their service at the ASEAN Secretariat.
