This evening, SecGen Dr Kao Kim Hourn along with ASEAN Leaders and Foreign Ministers attended a welcoming dinner hosted by Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio, before the Commemorative Summit for the 50th Year of ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation kick-starts tomorrow.
