Members of the HLTF on ASEAN Community’s Post-2025 Vision including SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn, commenced drafting of the four Strategic Plans, starting off with the political-security community. The meeting is being held from 4-5 December at the ASEAN Secretariat.
