At the invitation of the Lao DPM/FM Saleumxay Kommasith, SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn will lead an ASEAN Secretariat delegation for a working visit to Lao PDR on 28-30 Nov in preparation of its ASEAN Chairmanship in 2024.
