Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn congratulated Minister of Mines and Energy of Cambodia Keo Rottanak for Cambodia’s successful chairmanship of the 9th AMMin. They also discussed the progress of ASEAN’s cooperation in both the minerals and energy sector.
