SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn will lead ASEAN Secretariat delegation to attend the 9th ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Minerals (AMMin) and related events on 23-25 November in Cambodia. Dr Kao will deliver remarks at the Opening Ceremony and scheduled to have bilateral meetings.
