Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Chairman of the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) Professor Simon Tay at the ASEAN Secretariat today, where they discussed latest developments in ASEAN and exchanged views on regional and global issues.
