SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Timor-Leste Minister of Defences Rear Admiral Prof Dr Donaciano Do Rosario Da Costa Gomes at the 10th ADMM-Plus. Dr Kao encouraged active participation of Timor-Leste in the various meetings and activities of ASEAN defence sector.
