SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Malaysia Minister of Defence Dato’ Seri Utama H. Mohamad bin H. Hasan. Dr Kao emphasised the need to enhance defence cooperation, especially in the area of humanitarian assistance, disaster management, cybersecurity, among others.
