SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Philippine Secretary of National Defense Dr Gilberto Teodoro Jr at the 17th. Dr Kao applauded Philippines’ active contribution in advancing defence cooperation in ASEAN. They also discussed way forward for ADMM and ADMM-Plus.
