At the 21st ASEAN-Japan Transport Ministers Meeting, SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn reiterated the need to ensure initiatives under Luang Prabang Action Plan support the implementation of Kuala Lumpur Transport Strategic Plan and to align with ASEAN Community Vision 2045.
