Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn lauded ASEAN-UK Partnership in health, science and technology. Dr Kao welcomed the proposed ASEAN-UK Global Health Security Partnership programme and the establishment of ASEAN-UK Dialogue on Science, Technology and Innovation.
