Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended a formal dinner at the Convocation House hosted by Professor Paul Chaisty, Head of Oxford School of Global and Area Studies. The University of Oxford briefed Dr Kao on their plans to establish an Institute of ASEAN Studies.
