Sec-Gen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn delivered a lecture on ‘The Future of ASEAN: Challenges & Opportunities Beyond 2025’ at the Divinity School, University of Oxford. Dr Kao also became an Honourable Member of the International Advisory Board of the Institute of ASEAN Studies.
