SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with Foreign Minister of Japan Kamikawa Yoko in Tokyo today. They agreed to work closely to promote the ASEAN-Japan Comprehensive Strategic Partnership in conjunction with this year’s 50th Anniversary of ASEAN-Japan relations.
