SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn emphasised the importance of enhancing connectivity within ASEAN, with China, and beyond in his remarks at the High-Level Forum on Connectivity today, as part of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing.
