SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn witnessed the opening ceremony of the Third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing earlier today. Dr Kao and leaders from around the world explored opportunities and celebrated the 10th year of the Belt and Road Initiative.
