Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn today attended a banquet hosted by Mayor of Zhengzhou Municipal People’s Government of Henan Province He Xiong. The banquet was held in honour of Dr Kao’s visit to Henan Province, the People’s Republic of China.
