SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn today met with Member of the Standing Committee of CPC Henan Provincial Committee and Secretary of CPC Zhengzhou Municipal Committee An Wei. They exchanged views on ways to strengthen cultural & people-to-people exchanges between ASEAN and Henan.
