Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn received a courtesy call from Ambassador of the Russian Federation to ASEAN Evgeny Zagaynov at the ASEAN Secretariat today. They reaffirmed commitment to work closely to strengthen ASEAN-Russia cooperation.
