Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn and U.S. Ambassador to ASEAN Yohannes Abraham had talks over coffee on ways to further substantiate ASEAN-U.S. Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, following the convening of the 11th ASEAN-U.S. Summit in Jakarta last month.
