At the invitation of the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn will attend the 38th ASEAN Roundtable in Singapore on 3 October. Dr Kao will also meet with leading scholars, commentators, and experts to expand ASEAN diplomacy.
