This morning, Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn took part in a test ride of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Train, an event jointly organised by the Permanent Mission of Indonesia to ASEAN and the Mission of the People’s Republic of China to ASEAN.
