Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn lauded the successful convening the 20th SEA Red Cross and Red Crescent Leaders Meeting today. In his closing remarks, Dr Kao appreciated the active role of SEA RCRC in disaster management and humanitarian assistance in the region.
