Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn paid a courtesy call on General Tea Seiha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence of Cambodia today. They discussed ways to strengthen the collaboration between ASEAN and Cambodia, particularly in the framework of ADMM.
