SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn attended the tree planting programme organised for the youth delegation at the Buddhist Cultural Centre in Kirirom National Park, Cambodia. The programme was held back-to-back with the 20th SEA Red Cross and Red Crescent Leaders Meeting.
