SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn delivered a special lecture at the Guangxi University on “The Future of ASEAN-China Partnership.” Dr Kao reiterated that the ASEAN-China relations is one of ASEAN’s most dynamic, substantive, and mutually-beneficial cooperation.
