SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with the Consuls-General of ASEAN Member States in Hong Kong, China today. Dr Kao underlined the importance of the Consuls-General in raising the profile of ASEAN to a wider audience & in strengthening ties between ASEAN and Hong Kong, China.
