SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn had a bilateral meeting with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of European Commission (HR/VP) Josep Borrell Fontelles on the sidelines of the 56th AMM in Jakarta today.
