Secretary-General of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn met with 12 Attachment Officers from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, and Viet Nam who are presently undertaking one-year attachment with ASEAN Secretariat through the Initiative for ASEAN Integration (IAI) Attachment Programme.
