SecGen of ASEAN Dr Kao Kim Hourn witnessed the announcement of the Hainan government scholarship for ASEAN students on the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2023. 100 students will be awarded scholarships yearly to attend any of the 13 universities in Hainan.
