The first ACCC meeting of 2023 was held today which Timor-Leste joined for the first time as Observer. In his opening remarks, ASEAN Secretary-General Dr. Kao Kim Hourn commended the work of ACCC in enhancing connectivity in the region through #MPAC2025.
